Two ordinary people who have put all their faith in an extraordinary God. Now thay have an extraordinary testimony. Can you believe that family is dealing with this loss so well? It doesn’t make sense, does it? That’s because they follow a God who doesn’t make sense either.

It should be obvious to all of us that the power of Jesus is present to heal because we saw three people who have been touched and changed forever; Ray, Tina, and Becca.

For those of you who may not know, Ray and Tina Ferguson lost their son Rooster, Dustin, in an accident Monday before last. He was killed by a driver “under the influence” around 2:30pm in the middle of Monticello.

Ray and Tina and their entire family have been actively praying for the driver of the other vehicle. They desperately want God to spare her life so that they can love on her and her family. They have no ill well toward her. It’s incredible.

Last night they came to Renown to share their thanks with the group and to ask for continued prayer. It was wonderfully humbling for me. I was blown away by their sincerity and their obvious peace in the midst of a life storm that I can only imagine.

Please continue to pray for this family. Pray that we can follow their example and follow God closely no matter what it costs. I love you guys. I’m praying for you.
